Maimonides

“It is prohibited to deceive people in transactions or to mislead them. It is prohibited to use of smooth language and allurement. A person shall not be one thing with their mouth and another with their heart, instead a person’s inner and outer being must be the same for the subject of the heart is the matter of the mouth.”
